Thanksgiving, Take Two

Yesterday we had our second Thanksgiving.

We got up early and met Juice & Becky for breakfast at Cafe Verde. I had an iced soy chai and the soy yogurt parfait cup. Afterwards we walked around the Farmers Market and back to the Peoples’ Food Co-op so I could do my grocery shopping.

Weekly Menu
Sunday/Monday: Two days of leftovers (Thanksgiving & Curry)
Tuesday: Yakisoba
Wednesday: Curry Quinoa & Roasted Cauliflower
Thursday: Bean burgers & Scalloped Potatoes
Friday: Stir-fried baby bok choy, Israeli couscous w/ corn, BBQ Tofu

Afterwards we drove straight up to Montrose, had some lunch, and were off to Birch Run Outlets in search of some smaller pants for me. I ended up with two pairs of khakis, a pair of jeans, and a pair of corduroys. I also got another plaid button down, cardigan, and Tim got a hoodie. The khakis are size 2s, replacing the previous size 6s. The cords are 28S, replacing the 29S I previously had. Dear J. Crew factory store – I love you and your $400 worth of clothing for only $200. They also will let you use your student ID for another 15% off of the sales prices 🙂 🙂

Dinner was ribs, mashed potatoes, and broccoli 🙂
