Fire-roasted tomato marinara (w/ LOTS of garlic :D)
Zucchini
Pesto Focaccia Roll

Tonight was chicken noodle soup made with leftovers from the chicken I roasted on Sunday night. Unfortunately I didn’t have any homemade stock for soup this time, but I definitely will make some within the next few days so I’ll have some waiting for next time.

Noodles tomorrow? Well, probably for lunch….

    I love garlic in everything. I think I could actually eat a bucket of roasted garlic on top of veggies and be thrilled.

    The more garlic the better. Even raw is nice and spicy

      I’ve been getting this amazing elephant ear garlic from our farmer’s market…. it even snuck it’s way into the chicken noodle soup last night 🙂
